The Chicago Regional Environmental and Transportation Efficiency Program is a public-private partnership between Chicago's railroads and local and Federal government agencies to plan, finance and construct solutions to railroad bottlenecks in the Chicago area. - CHIP (Chicago Hub Improvement Program)
